Katy thought that moving to a West Virginia was going to bring twangy accents and a whole bunch of boring nothing-to-dos. She didn’t think that her neighbor would be incredibly hot. Things might not be so bad right?
Daemon is the most arrogant and frustrating SOB on the planet. Katy wants nothing to do with him…until an attack happens and Katy learns something new about her neighbors. Daemon and his sister are from a different planet, running away from something that is trying to eat at their power. And unfortunately for Katy…she’s stuck in the middle of it.
Don’t get me wrong, I love all of these books but From Lukov with Love by Mariana Zapata just resonates with me. I feel like it had the perfect amount of hate to love ratio and slow burn. The dislike between the two characters is palpable at the beginning and the progression of their relationship was well-paced.
