Happy Sunday Bookworms and Planner Babes!
Today’s post is going to be a September and October Wrap up. I skipped the September Wrap up last month due to my participation in Blogoween/Bookending Autumn and I was moving into a new apartment. October was definitely a flurry of activities for me and weirdly enough, a month when the dreaded reading slump got me once again. I have high hopes for November though!

September Recap
September was a pretty good month to me despite being a constant stressball because of the move. I forwent the monthly goals of Gym, Writing, and Coding because with the amount of stress I was feeling…I was overwhelmed. I just wanted to be in my room, reading and packing.
September was the first month in a while that I DNF-ed a book….it’s been a while since that’s happened but I just couldn’t connect. Maybe one day I will give the book another read and my opinion will change.
The blog had a steady increase in readers, gaining 14 new followers. At the end of September, A Novel Idea had 139 readers!

October Recap
October was one of my slower months despite participating in BEAUTUMN19. I was hit with a horrible reading slump, was busy with moving into my new place and organizing, then had multiple doctor’s appts due to certain concerns.
I started reading Heart of the Fae by Emma Hamm and while I enjoyed the book, I haven’t finished it. I put it down and with everything going on, I didn’t pick it back up. Hopefully, I can sometime this month.
As far as stats, the reader count stayed pretty consistent until toward the end. We gained another 15 followers in the last two weeks which I am grateful for! For those of you reading, sending the warmest of hugs your way! A Novel Idea is so close to 200 followers, I would love to end 2019 with over 200!
