On taking Camp Nanowrimo seriously…
I’ve fallen off the wagon and I blame Animal Crossing for it.
Dear Bookworms, I haven’t written a single word since last week. Nada. Zilch. Nothing. Tom Nook has me firm in his paws and I’m happy to be under his toe beans.
Animal Crossing has taken over my life for the most part. The only thing I’ve gotten down on a post it note is new names for the cities in my book, ugly doodles on certain sceneries and bullet points of things I need to refine. I’ve added more pins to my Inspiration boards and listened to more fantasy inspired music hoping I get the urge to write.
The urge did not come. I remained in bed playing Animal Crossing and going down this deep rabbit hole that is the Animal Crossing Community.
