Seasonal Switch: Winter Version
Taking your favourite books, imagine if the book took place in Winter instead? Imagine Winter in Outer Space? What would it look like on a spaceship? How about that favourite summer romance but now it’s in winter? What would happen? How would the seasonal switch affect the story (or not!)?
Soulless by Gail Carriger
This book would’ve been much more magical if it had taken place in the winter. I can just imagine Lord Alkedama having his boys decorate the entire house in wintery fashion. The stolen moments between Alexia and Lord Macoon under a flurry of snowflakes……*dreamy sigh* Not to mention, the fight scenes would’ve been a little bit more entertaining. Just imagine all the slipping in snow!
Frost Bite by Richelle Mead
This one wouldn’t change that much, to be honest. The entire book takes place is a snowy place! But that is what makes this book AMAZING. It adds a sense of MAGIC to the book and WHO CAN FORGET ABOUT ADRIAN??? My sweet Adrian and flurries in his hair!
The ACOTAR series
Much of the books take place in a snow filled environment or have scenes in a wintery place. My favorite book of the series has many scenes in a snowy environment so not much would change….Just that maybe Feyre would end up on top of Rhys much more often lol Or maybe Tamlin would’ve eaten snow….forcefully….with a rock.
